planning application for my comments. This provider is well established
in the borough of Rochdale and has discussed this home with Commissioning to
increase the sufficiency in the market. There are a number of provisions
in Rochdale and we do not have the sufficiency to use all of this, this home
will increase the availability for children who require a home environment
which is more remote from the busy centre of the borough.
