Thanks for consulting me on this application to change the use of the building from a bank to a place of worship.  The bank lies within the Middleton Town Centre Conservation Area and is currently vacant.   It is understood that no external changes are proposed to facilitate the use.  On this basis it is considered that the proposal would have a neutral impact on the significance of the Conservation Area.   

 

Please reconsult me if any changes are proposed to the exterior.
