There is no drainage information provided for this application.

From the description I assume there are no works to external areas.

I note that rainwater goods are being replaced. It is not clear if the roof drainage discharges to the river or combined sewers in the vicinity.

If the latter then perhaps there is an opportunity to divert accordingly.
