I have been provided with additional information in the form of a 2018 remediation strategy and a 2016 ground gas risk addendum – please find these attached.

 

The only works required were a clean cover system to all rear garden and E3P have confirmed this was undertaken within their overarching report (provided previously)

 

I trust this clarifies remediation matters at the site, but please let me know

 

@Michael Moore P Richard and I have a meeting at 10.30, so if you have any observations before then, that would be appreciated?
