Hi Tom,

 

The proposal is located in an industrial area with residential in close proximity, The Environmental Protection Team have reviewed the noise note prepared by Tetra Tech, Reference: 784-B070935, Dated: March 2025. The noise note states the proposal will not have an impact of nearby residents from the storage of vehicles use.

 

The Environmental Protection Team have also looked at the lighting specification which is facing away from the residential dwellings on Lower Lane. The Environmental Protection Team have no objections to the proposal.
